Floor One

Despite the crude metal of the exterior, the interior is thick enough for the walls to seem smooth, though perhaps that is simply an effect of the matte and muted brown of the paint. The wall to the left of you is decorated with several portraits, too, so perhaps that is how they hid the unusual pattern of the metal. The floor and ceiling are normal, too, which is nice. Textured floors were uncomfortable.

Towards the far wall of the room is a reception desk, made of what appears to be plastic- melted down and reformed with no regard for the awful clash of colors. Behind the desk is a tall person with long brown hair and dressed in a dark green pantsuit. They have a nametag on their right vest pocket, which reads:

'Naomi - she'

Naomi clicks her pen once, then twice, her eyes focused on the screen before her, which is facing away from you. She scribbles something down beyond the high counter, the sound of which is rapidly followed by the clicking of a keyboard.

Between you and the reception desk there is a rug of dark green and no other furniture. It is clear the interior designers didn't design the room for anyone to stay longer than necessary. Along the right wall are several frames around thick walls of text, though, which may or may not have been made to actually be read.

Along the back wall, behind Naomi, there are two elevators.

So, what would you like to do?
